Our Patient 360 Program helps you understand the patient and the influence of others involved in their  healthcare decisions. 

Patient 360 combines patients with healthcare professionals in discussion about their disease and its treatments. It has been used for: 

  • Patient Adherence: To develop Patient Programs to encourage trial of treatment and  long-term adherence, and to provide patients with information and resources to help them manage their disease.

  • Telephone surveys: can reach landlines and cellphones anywhere in the world, ensuring broad and representative coverage of eligible respondents. Interviewers can conduct interviews in most languages.
Focus Groups

Qualitative Focus Groups and In-depth Interviews 

Our experienced qualitative moderators are skilled at getting below the surface to understand underlying motivations that drive consumer behaviour.  

We use various projective techniques including Creative Visualization and Archetype Analysis.  

Recruiters ensure participants for groups and in-depth interviews meet all screening criteria and are qualified for the study.
